Erica's Promotion

Erica's career didn't exactly get off to a hot start. She graduated from the University of Texas in 2008. Right in the heart of tough times, she took a job as a bartender to make some quick cash. The next decade, she flipped from job to job, trying to find something interesting. Finally, in 2018, Erica found a job with a marketing company through a friend of a friend. Erica didn't have any history in marketing but knew she could develop the skills needed to move up. She started as an inside sales rep, working her way up to outside sales and eventually product launch planning. It was when Erica started working on product launches that her career really took off. She gained a new mentor, Austin, who helped her understand what she needed to do to be successful in her career. Erica had it all. Her work life was finally headed in the right direction, and she was about to get married to the love of her life, Jason.
