Danganronpa: Hello Hope!

Hope's Peak Academy is the greatest school in the world. It's says that if you graduated from Hope's Peak, you are guaranteed to succeed in life.

There are only two requirements for entering this school's Primary Department, 1. You are currently a high school student and 2. You are the absolute best at what you do.

The students that are in the Primary Course are known as the "Ultimates". As the name implies, they are the very best at what they do. There's the Ultimate Baseball Player, the Ultimate Musician, the Ultimate Programer, even the Ultimate Yakuza!

There's also the Reserve Department. Anyone can enter that course as long as they do well on an entrance exam and are able to pay a large tuition fee. The Reserve Course is just your average, ordinary school course.

So I'm sure that has you wondering, who am I and why am I standing outside of Hope's Peak Academy?

I'm John Doe, and to be completely honest with you all, until a few days ago I thought I was a completely ordinary guy. Till I received a letter from Hope's Peak, inviting me to enter the Primary Course as the "Ultimate Boyfriend".

I know, that's a pretty lame and boring talent to have. But, according to all my previous girlfriends, I really am the "Ultimate Boyfriend". I don't buy it but Hope's Peak does. They said they were, "Excited to see how my talent would effect my relationship with the student body" or some bullshit like that.

I don't know if I truly am the "Ultimate Boyfriend" or if this is all just some sick joke. The only way I'll find out is if I take this first step forwards, towards my future and towards my hope.
