Cryptochrome

A protagonist inherits a nineties style quantum computer from his uncle who has recently vanished under mysterious circumstances. The computer, a Cryptochrome 3000, looks like someone made a circuit board sandwich out of an old amiga 500 and a stack of random appliances. Whatever is typed on it's integrated keyboard becomes true, in some reality altering way or another.
