It is owned and managed by Isabella Luv

She is the daughter of legendary Tulip Luv and the half sister of Karen and Becky Luv. And from the Luv name she's got her backing to start this new venture to create a league where wrestlers can come and fuck and to help and teach people of the wonderful culture that is Lucha. She is friendly and nice but just like her sister Karen and mother she can be a strict disciplinarian when she need to be and not afraid to laid down the law.

Her announcer team is Candy Cortez- An light skin hispanic woman with african american heritage who used to be the ring announcer in the North American League in Las Vegas but was hired by Isabelle as a favor to her niece Lilly, who Candy is dating, as Candy was tired of seeing her girlfriend get hurt and wanted to try something new but also allowed her to still see Lilly as they are only hours away from each other.

EL Tigre- A former luchador who wears a white mask. He is said to be legendary in the Sex Wrestling League as he fucked several luchadors women to submission in one night. Saying that he had the stamina of a tiger. He thinks highly of himself, even through he might be a little rusty as his hey day was a while go but that doesn't stop him from hitting on every woman that comes his way, including Candy who continues to rebuffs him.

There are Four Championship belts that are right now vacant as this is a new promotion. They are:

The Lucha Champion- It's a high honor to be considered the best of the best in Lucha, which is why it's not given out lightly. Just as to Lucha Tradition there are few championship matches for it as one needs to prove to Isabella that you are truly qualified to carry the belt and that is not easy to do and only she can decide when and where the match can takes place not the Champion.

The Chosen One Champion- This is an interesting one in that it pleases fans and wrestlers alike who want more chances for gold. Whoever wears this is next up for the Lucha Champion and can be challenged and fought for at any time just like a normal belt. The wrestler who wears this has Isabella eye for the next Lucha Champion. It just depends if they keep it that way. But once they do get the match for the Lucha Championship they have to vacant the belt, win or lose, for the next opponent and thus allowing the cycle continue.

The Trios Champion- This is once again towards the Lucha tradition where instead of a tag team champion, this league has the Trios champion where there are a team of three instead of two because as Isabella sees it more of the lucha more the and sex.

The Sex Champion- This is a new one, similar to the hardcore belt in the American League this belt is up for grabs 24/7 and can be challenged anytime and anywhere with the only stipulation that it has to be recorded or it doesn't count. As Isabella sees it, in her normal Luv traditional way, if you can't fuck all the time, in any place, in any way then you shouldn't deserved to be called the champion of sex.
