Taking control of your wild life

Chapter 1 by Gravi7yRat Gravi7yRat

Man, your life sucks. You were never all too great at school, your parents divorced when you were younger, and the other people your age never give you the time of day. Hell, your only friend since elementary school is even out of your league. You've often laid in your bed spending late nights wondering what life would be like if you had the power to control the world around you. Maybe people would actually pay attention to you then.

__________

Your name is Cedrick Davenport, an average-looking dude with wild black hair, a slim figure, and an under-sized penis. Nothing exciting for any of the people in your day-to-day life. Gary Davenport was your father, he was never around. Since divorcing your mom, he moved out to some European country where he found a hot, young girlfriend and never looked back. These last few years he hasn't so much as sent you a text on your birthday. Georgia Davenport was your mother, a loving, gentle woman. She was the type to cook a full breakfast in the morning, pack lunches for you and your siblings, and come home from a long day at work to prepare a hearty dinner. Mom was one of the strongest single-mothers you had ever heard of, providing for the family in every conceivable way throughout your life. The two daughters of the Davenport family were Veronica and Cassie, your older and younger sisters. Veronica, your older sister, was brash and aggressive. You two spent your whole lives wrestling and arguing but she was ultimately your big sister and you both helped each other in times of need. Cassie, your younger sister, was popular and cheery. Over the years she had plenty of boyfriends, but she was never the snobbish type. Whenever hard times fell on the household, Cassie was like a ray of sunshine.

__________

Your neighborhood had grown to house a number of interesting characters. Recently, your aunt, uncle, and cousin moved in down the street. Linda, your aunt, was hilarious. She was always getting drunk at family events and entertaining everyone. Though she got a little too handsy sometimes. Your uncle, Henry, was a deplorable character, often flirting with younger women he met in public and making crass comments. You could never understand why Linda had married him in the first place. Catherine was your cousin, a short and spunky girl whose sarcasm eclipsed the rest of her emo personality. Naomi, your grandma, lived on her own next door to your house. She was a lot like your mom, and had aged like fine wine, but she had trouble around the house sometimes. You spent many summer days and weekends over there helping out with basic chores in exchange for warm cookies.

__________

There were many other women to consider in your life before sleep, but it was getting late and you needed sleep. You finally quiet your mind with the hope that tomorrow, things might slowly improve in your life.
