It's move-in day for Luke at a private university in South Dakota. He started moving in to his dorm room. He has the whole room to himself because his parents don't want him to be distracted. He is in a coed dorm, however. His parents made him move in a day earlier than everyone else as well, just so that he can settle in quicker.
It sounds kind of boring to him to not have a roommate, but it also means that he can bring girls into his room without worrying about someone else.
"If that stupid bitch wasn't such a snitch, I would have been at Duke right now." He thought to himself as he finishes moving in. "This isn't such a bad situation to be in though, being the star of the school with all these college girls as well." He finishes his thoughts as he try to decide what to do next.
