Chaos Incarnate

In the midwestern town of Rorinsburg, strange events seem to be transpiring. A week ago, a young boy named John was kidnapped. To the great horror of his mother (a single mother), most the town didn't even seem to care. John was a loner, disliked by most the community- teen or adult alike. However, thanks to the efforts of a family friend, Detective John Delsworth, the boy was found and returned to his mother and sister completely unharmed. He seemed in a daze, but then, who wouldn't be after having spent 4 days in captivity?

At his return, John's few friends were glad to have him back but...some things had changed about him. For one, as his sister first noted, his eyes have become almost...hypnotic. When one stares into them, they sometimes begin to feel lost within their depths, unable and unwilling to escape. Fortunately, to save her brother from any further hardship, John's sister has done a really good job of keeping that fact a secret. In addition, what little acne the boy suffered from before the ****, has vanished without a trace. Scars have faded. Muscles have grown as well, though it's not really an image that shows much on the outside.

Yet, the greatest change is on the inside, and its a secret that's about to shake the very foundations of the town, and bring its people to their knees...
