Though the pain for Rick and Kai wasn't done yet, one of the promises you made to the public when you became mayor was too take care of the criminals of the city, even those who we're already locked up in prison, so one month after you became mayor, you started with the prison, you pardoned all the stong man you could use to control the city, the became your personal army as return for you freeing them, but for other like Rick and Kai, you gave them the worst punishment you could think off, you took what made them a man away, you gave all the prisoners a special chasity cage, the same you used on Mateo, Lela's old boyfriend before you corrupted her, and just like with him, the chasitiy cage locked itself around allt the prisonors cock's and then laser's cut them off, that way even if some prisoners would be released form prison the wouldn't be a threat to the city anymore
