He could alter a person's mind, memories and sense of self. A hero had to be careful of such power.

But a hero he was. that was why the report in the paper of a rash of bizarre robberies perked his interest. The robbers would steal an item and between the time of the thief to the time of their capture, it would vanish. It looked like the work of some new super villain. Or new super Villainess.
