Your phone buzzed with an incoming call.

"Hey!" It was Bob, your regular sparring partner. "Remember those three people from the party on Wednesday? One of them, Claire, mentioned she's interested in trying out boxing. She's dropping by the gym at noon, but I can't be there. Can you cover for me?"

"Of course, Bob. I got it."

"Great! She's a beginner, so introduce her to the basics, alright? I've already informed her." Bob said, ending the call.

You refocused on your training, drilling different offensive and defensive combinations. Glancing at the calendar near the clock, the upcoming tournament in four months kept you motivated. After a rigorous session, you headed for a shower.

The sound of the doorbell interrupted your thoughts. Through the security camera, you saw a blonde in her early twenties, casually dressed with a skateboard beside her.

Pressing the intercom, you asked, "Hi, are you Claire? The one who's training with Bob?"

"That's me," she replied softly.

"Alright, come in and get changed. The changing room is the second door on your right after you enter." After saying that, you pressed the button to unlock the entrance.

Seeing Claire in person, you were struck by her natural athletic build. With her blonde hair and blue eyes, she wore a comfortable sports bra and shorts, revealing a fit physique.

Starting with a warm up, you struggled to keep your eyes to yourself as Claire moved around her gym and stretched her hot body.

You went on to explain how to stand, handle balance and throw basic punches.
