Louis : Average sized male red deer. Is the head actor of the Cherryton Academy drama club and candidate for the title of "Beastar", the living embodiment of the peacefull coexistence between carnivores and herbivores. In this version, he has a knack for "coexisting" with larger breed carnivores.

Haru : Small female white bunny. Taken by instinct, Legoshi almost devours her before developing feelings for her. She is insecure about beeing small and has sex in order to feel respected. Juno : A bit taller than average female grey wolf. Seeks to become the next beastars, competing with Louis. Jack: Average male Labrador. Legoshi's close childhood friend and one of his roomates. Upbeat and lovable, Jack has the best qualitys of dogs and contrasts strongly with Legoshi. In this version, they are more than just friends, and Jack offers to help Legoshi relieve himself when his instincts start to take over
