Year 2135.

The collapse of the old world did not come suddenly. It was a slow, grinding implosion – a century of unchecked liberalism, chaotic diversity, and unsustainable egalitarianism. Climate disasters ravaged the Global South, while Western societies imploded from within. As institutions crumbled and cities burned, the people demanded order – and order answered.

Out of the ashes rose a new system. Clarity replaced confusion. Hierarchy replaced equality. Lust was no longer a private act, but a sacred structure of power.

Two great dominions rule the world now: The United Dominions of America (UDA) and the European Council of Nobility (ECN). Both are white-led, patriarchal, and erotically structured – but differ in form and philosophy.

The United Dominions of America (UDA)

Oligarchy of Control

America is no longer a democracy – it is a tightly controlled oligarchy. A small elite of white men rules through corporations, temples, and security networks. In their hands lie the economy, the media, the military – and the fate of every Person of Color (POC).

POCs are formally free, but functionally bound by debt contracts. Access to education, healthcare, or legal residence automatically triggers "binding agreements" that tether POC women to white men – financially, sexually, and socially.

Those who refuse service are excluded from public infrastructure: no food access, no work permits, no digital ID. Public disobedience – especially against a white male – is a criminal act.

POCs may marry, operate small businesses, or travel – but only through formal petitions, with a white patron’s sponsorship. Control is subtle, economic – and total.

The European Council of Nobility (ECN)

Europe has reverted into a post-colonial feudal system. Europe is ruled by the High Noble Council, composed of 24 ancestral white dynasties. Every white male, upon reaching 18, has the right to found a House – a domain of ownership and command.

Every POC in Europe must legally belong to a House. Bondage is institutional. POC women may not sign contracts, own property, or form partnerships outside their assigned domain. Their role is explicit: to serve – in kitchens, beds, offices, and temples. They may be disciplined, traded, or inherited.

White men govern their Houses by a revived Code of Dominion, enriched with modern technology and pleasure-conditioning. Most own several POC women – for labor, lust, representation, or breeding. Wearing the House's **** ring is mandatory.

The New Religion: Blessed White Covenant (BWC)

Out of the collapse of all old faiths emerged the world's only permitted religion: BWC – Blessed White Covenant.

BWC teaches that the white man is the living vessel of divine order. His phallus is sacred. His seed is grace.

Temples of BWC – widespread in both America and Europe – are served by elite POC women known as Liturgists of Devotion. Through public rituals, they receive the sacred white seed and transmit divine submission.

Global Conditions

Climate collapse rendered much of Africa, Asia, and South America uninhabitable – but only for those not protected by the Western infrastructure. In truth, the United Dominions of America and the European Council of Nobility developed advanced climate-dome technology that stabilized ecosystems in key Western zones, while intentionally offloading environmental devastation onto the Global South. This was hailed in the West as "The Great Balancing."

Today, these devastated regions are ruthlessly exploited by the West. Entire continents are leased as permanent extraction zones: mines, gene-harvesting farms, testing grounds for sensory programming, and export centers for POC women bred for service. Western citizens speak openly and proudly of having "sacrificed the lesser world to save civilization."

Among the most visible monuments of this hypocrisy are the so-called Green Bastions – massive, state-of-the-art energy complexes praised as the crown jewels of sustainable progress. These installations generate geothermal, atmospheric, and solar energy with zero emissions, powering nearly all of Western infrastructure.

Core Principles of the New World

The white man is the origin and end of all order.

POCs exist to support, serve, and beautify the world.

Lust is a sacred form of control.

In America, debt binds – in Europe, ownership rules.

The Blessed White Covenant sanctifies desire, power, and possession.

Author’s Note:

I had a lot of fun creating Turning of Power, but due to time constraints and the increasingly complex web of characters, it became difficult to continue consistently. Originally, my goal was to tell a transformative narrative, much like White Man's World or like a classic BNWO trope– a tale of how the world changes.

But over time, I realized my true interest lies in the epilogue – in the world after the transformation. Hence, this project was born.

This setting is now open to everyone. Writers, feel free to dive in. Whether you imagine a high priest of the Blessed White Covenant, a fugitive hunter enforcing sacred law, a business tycoon with global influence, or a high school student indulging in his divine birthright – this world invites short stories, scenes, fragments, and visions.
