Avenger yourself?

You are Patrick Night, a student of 22 years old. Overall you think of yourself of a okay but pretty boring person. With your skinny build, 1,96 meters height, 138 point IQ, scathing wit, dangerously honest, unusually kind personality this wasn't really true but you never realized this.

Today is one of the last days of your holiday so you decided to eat out and do so a little expensively.

You shouldn't have.

The restaurant was caught in the middle of a fight between heroes and villains. during the chaos you tried to hide, you tried to pull other people into hiding, not that it mattered. Miss Marvell, Iron Man, She-Hulk, Thor, Hawk-eye: there were some big name heroes in this battle but even though they eventually managed to drive their foes back they could not prevent terrible destruction from happening. there were holes in the streets and in several buildings, the restaurant you were eating in was completely destroyed and the buildings surrounding it severely damaged. when a combined of firemen, EMT's and shield personnel was searching for survivors they found that there was only one survivor who was bruised all over his body and , but somehow had no serious injuries.

This one survivor was you. since it was so odd that you survived with no serious injury while all others died you were taken to a shield facility instead of a normal hospital. This way you were safe in case a villain decided the last survivor had to die and you could be observed by people capable of finding out if you have any superpowers and if so, if you are a liability or an opportunity.

A few days after the incident you wake up in what seem like a hospital, with a beautiful woman who does not seem like a nurse or a doctor looking sternly at you.
