Apartment/Harem Complex

A whole apartment complex to yourself and a few contacts and ideas on how to "improve" it so you get the best deal out of things. You have at least 30 rooms and there's room to expand as you please and it comes with the amenities such as wifi, cable, laundry room, pool, vending machines, elevator, the works.

Now, though, the question is what do you want to do with areas to get some "specific" clientele.

Audio waves that slowly brainwash them?

TVs that give off a low frequency or that give images/videos to influence them?

chemicals in the water of the shower, pool, sink, and so forth that influence and change them?

Chemicals in the soaps?

A program that goes onto their phones or computers when they use the laptops?

Music that plays in the elevator?

Your own brand of hypnosis or mind arts?

Spells placed on the rooms?

Flickering lights combined with a high pitched noise to throw them off balance for you to program?

Runes or seals engraved on the walls or furniture to influence people?

Or maybe you got a magic book that lets you write the rules for the complex and no one can refuse the rules?

Maybe your complex is your territory and as such you have powers while in your domain/territory and you influence them that way?

There's no shortage of things you can do to your complex to influence the tenants, though personally I'd ensure the males decided to leave while the females live there full times... but then again you're gonna need workers to do maintenance, plumbing, electrical work, etc etc and cash flow as well (if you're not gonna pimp out the women that is) so maybe a few can stay and just lose interest in sex.

Of course, you can get income through other ways like having the girls become porn stars with you as their partner, or they can become camgirls, cosplayers, and other options for making money on the internet with their bodies without anyone besides you or your other slaves/servants touching them.

And it doesn't just have to be strangers, your milf mother, your bitchy/bratty sister, any aunts and cousins you want, maybe even coworkers or your boss?

This is your building and thus your castle, your paradise, your freedom, you just need to get some tenants in after you've set up the rooms.

Although, maybe you don't have to do anything, maybe an uncle, grandfather, father, or someone else indebted or close to you set everything up for you and left you a (helps to have an assistant that knows what they're doing after all) and some instructions on how to use the building and the rooms to your advantage. Could even be that there's a few slaves in the building to support you: Secretary/assistant, chef, maid, stress reliever, bathroom girl, etc etc.
