Adventures in the Ludani Sector

Humanity reached for the stars and spread through their arm of the galaxy. Like Douglas Adams pointed out: "Space is big. You just won't believe how vastly, hugely, mind-bogglingly big it is. I mean, you may think it's a long way down the road to the chemist's, but that's just peanuts to space.".

Wave after waves of colonists left the overcrowded and polluted Earth in a mad dash to be the first to lay their claims on the new promised land beyond the stars. Empires, alliances, federations rose and fell, fought and traded even before being aware that they were not alone in the universe.

The year is 3269, humanity is split between more than 7 large factions and has encountered more than a dozen alien species, from some peaceful neighbors to man-eating predators.

Now, there, in the Ludani sector one member of humanity, one among trillions, finds itself lost in space.
