Adventures in Skyrim

Skyrim. Land of the Nords, and a province where any man or woman with a good sword arm and drive can make a good living and write their names down in the stories among the heroes of legend. A land full of dangers as mundane as wolves and bandits, to threats as exotic as the return of the Dragons and the raising of the undead Draugr. A land that is now embroiled in war between the Empire and the rebellious Stormcloaks.

Skyrim is a deadly place, but one that can be lucrative for those gifted with stength or wit...

Now, a new story begins. Will it end with another hero for the bars to sing of, or with another corpse freezing in the icy north?

"Awaken..." The voice was not but a whisper in their head. A gentle caress to the mind as they groggily fight for consciousness. "Awaken!" The voice continues more insistent. Their eyes flutter open, and the glance around. They are surrounded by the mists and cosmic waves of another plane. "Prisoner..." The voice says, both within their head and the miasma of blinding magic surrounding them. "You have been given another chance... Perhaps one of the Divines has taken an interest in you, or perhaps another power... I am only the Messenger to send you on your way..." The Prisoner shudders as the voice penetrates them. "I ask you one question before you return..."
