Lately people have been going missing at alarming rates, the mayor suspects some sort of super-powered foe is behind it all. A strange gang of females has been robbing jewelry stores, this would be easily taken care of if only these women all seemed to possess mystical powers that have rendered all police opposition so far worthless. Meanwhile, bizarre sightings of random animals have been reported all over city, and this is just the tip of the iceberg.
