A Surprising Proposal

When Emma knocked on Tim's door her heart was beating hard. She had taken unusual care with her appearance tonight, brushing her long brunette hair until it shone, and applying subtle makeup that highlighted her bright blue eyes. She was dressed in the smart trouser-suit and high-heels that she usually wore for work, but underneath the lacy red underwear that ever-so-slightly accented her breasts suggested that she might be looking for more than just a work meeting.

She allowed herself to dwell on her work-colleague while she waited for the door to open. He was gorgeous, tanned and tall, and one of the most intelligent, interesting men she had ever met. When they had been told to work on this project together she had never felt more excited, and when Tim had suggested drinks at his house to discuss it in detail, she had found herself hoping that his lingering looks meant that he wanted to take their relationship further as well.

The door opened, and Emma's heart skipped a beat. He was looking even more sexy than usual, having taken his jacket and tie off, his shirt unbuttoned far enough to hint at the toned chest beneath. He smiled in greeting and stepped aside to let her in. "You found the place alright, then?"

"I managed to struggle through," she replied with a flirtatious grin. "Are we going to the sitting room?" He nodded and opened the right door for her, and suddenly she was face to face with a gorgeous blonde.
