one million people are celebrating their 18th birthday today.

In January of the year they turn eighteen, the government launched an awareness campaign to present and prepare for the national drawing. During their birthday month, all potential candidates received a letter from the National Environmental Agency informing them of their obligation to participate in the drawing.

All relevant authorities have been informed and know the location of each individual in case of selection.

The letter also assigns a unique number to each person.

The letter states that fifty thousand men and fifty thousand women will be selected.

The letter emphasizes that each selected individual must immediately comply with the following rules:

For men:

Renounce all clothing and footwear.

Hair must be groomed as much as possible.

Beards must be maintained or fully shaved. Nostrils and ears must be cleaned if necessary, except for eyelashes and eyebrows.

Testicles must be fully shaved.

Tattoos are prohibited.

Only a Prince Albert piercing is permitted, with one ring allowed. All other body modifications are forbidden.

The intergluteal cleft must be waxed once a week.

Wet toilet paper or another cleaning method must be used after defecation and/or during the day.

Deodorant and nail clippers are mandatory.

Only the body parts mentioned above may be shaved, waxed, or pierced.

For women:

Except for eyelashes and eyebrows, all facial hair must be fully shaved, including nostrils and ears if needed.

Only ear piercings are allowed, with one ring per ear.

Excess hair in contact with the urinary flow must be trimmed with scissors.

Deodorant and nail clippers are mandatory.

Only the body parts mentioned above may be shaved, waxed, or pierced. All other body modifications are forbidden.

Sanctions and obligations:

The letter also outlines the consequences in cases of desertion, failure to comply with the rules, or misconduct.

It states that each person selected by the agency during the evening must comply with these rules permanently and irreversibly.

A serum will also be injected into selected individuals to help them withstand climate variations over the years.

As the day of the drawing approaches, media coverage intensifies.
