Set primarily in 1832, the story's heroine, Bianca DiFlorentini, is the daughter of a light-skinned and the only son of a South Carolina plantation family. Years ago, her mother was freed by the young man and sent to Philadelphia, where Bianca is passed off as a white woman of Italian heritage. Upon the of her father, Bianca learns that she has inherited the plantation complete with almost forty slaves. Upon her arrival in the plantation, she learns that her father's will is being contested and in addition to the difficulties of managing a Southern Plantation, she runs the risk of having her true background revealed and losing everything, including her freedom.

A recently retired widower has a pretty coed living upstairs who is having trouble paying her rent. He makes the shy blonde an offer she cannot refuse. In exchange for living rent-free in his house, the young woman agrees to fufill his many fantasies. Some of these fantasies are pretty similar to encounters depicted in my other writing, but in addition to dom/sub, light bondage and themes this story hopefully will have elements of romance and humor as the two main characters from different generations learn to live together. Unlike my other stories, this one will be pretty linear. The reader will be given choices about how the homeowner enjoys the 19 year old, but the overall flow of the story will not be affected by these choices.

Set a couple years after Paying the Rent, Mr. Patterson is once again on the hunt for a live-in sex partner. Unlike how he fell into his relationship with Alison almost by accident, he is now taking a more active role in finding a good replacement. He has his eyes set on a foreign exchange student attending Wesleyan who, through no fault of her own, has been suddenly cut off from her life of wealth and privilege. Riya Kapadia is a slightly nerdy 20-year-old Indian student with a double major in mathematics and economics. Although intellectually gifted, Riya's sheltered upbringing has left her unprepared for the determined seduction of the older widower. The question is, how long will it take to bring this beautiful Indian student under his control. (Note that the MC in this story is a darker, more predatory version of the decent widower that we met in 'Paying the Rent.')
