you fight as Scorpion

You dodge out of the way as Kitana's steel fan slashes at your mask. You try to swing at her, but she's already out of the way. Her fan slashes across your face. Blood trickles out of the gash, and you realize that you are actually feeling pain from the injury. You think, "Wait a minute: does that mean I could die here?"

You feint to the right, and she takes the bait. She launches a front kick at your face, but you've already gone to her left, and sneak a quick jab in to her face. She grabs ahold of your shirt, but you break her grab. You smash her in the face, and she stumbles backward. Before you can take advantage of her, though, her steel fan hits you in the chest, then whirls back to her.

Kitana launches a flying sidekick at you. You manage to dodge to the right, and the kick, which surely would have knocked the wind out of you, merely drops you to the ground. Kitana picks you up with one hand and kicks you across the room. When you land, you glance above, and see that if Kitana had kicked you just a bit harder, you would have collided with a stone wall, which would definitely have taken you out of the match.
