meal with Daiki

"So, human what did you want," I said. it had been two days since I arrived, and I had spent the time either in the library or in my room. I had interacted with the head human a few times. I tried to limit it thanks to that annoying voice trying to get me to obey him.

"Yes, the Uzumaki scrolls have just arrived," he said with a smile. he motioned to the side containing a large scroll. "I also wanted to invite you to eat lunch with me."

I look to the side and see Sakura maid holding two trays of food. it appears today's lunch is steak. the annoying voice is telling me to be happy to eat with master. shaking my head I say, "sure." he had been helpful so far so why not reward his good behavior.

"Out of curiosity what have you been reading in the library," he asked.

"Bit of this or that," I said. "I was able to learn a lot about you humans from my hosts, but it was not perfect. so far, I'm just grabbing books that meet my interest."

"Oh, anything you wish to learn more about," he asks.
