You find yourself in a strange city...

The darkness envelopes you and you pass out.

When you wake up, you find yourself lying on a cold cobblestone street. Several feet away, crowds of people are bustling by, not paying any attention to you. Scanning the city around you, you see that the buildings around you are built in many different styles, as though each one had been plucked from a different city. Behind you is a set of large wooden doors, presumably the main city gate, and ahead of you lay the streets of the strange city. The people milling through the streets are of many races, and are wearing many different styles of clothing, as varied as the city's architecture.

As you get to your feet and begin to walk down the street, your foot bumps into something low to the ground. You look down to see an irritated Moogle looking up at you. You'd never seen a Moogle in person before but you had seen drawings of them from people who had visited the island.

"Kupo! Watch where you're stepping, big foot!" the Moogle says as he adjusts the puff ball atop his head.

You step back, and kneel down, closer to the Moogle's height. "Sorry about that. I'm just a bit disoriented right now... Could you tell me what city this is?"

"Silly humans," the Moogle grunts. "This is Traverse Town, the place where the homeless call home! If you're feeling disoriented and found yourself here, then my guess is that where ever you were from has ceased to be." The Moogle picks up his bag and turns to go down the street. "Now if you'll excuse me, I have appointments to keep."

You watch the Moogle disappear into the crowd and think about what he had said. Was your island really gone? What happen to everyone else on the island, like Kairi and Riku? Standing in the middle of the busy street, you decide that you need to find someone who might be able to help you.

You start out down the street again, looking into shop widows and down sidestreets, hoping to find something familiar.
