Does she obey?

Yes

Chapter 9 by Kristobal

Under the sterile lights and the unwavering eye of the camera, Emily slowly exhaled through her nose.

She could feel every second ticking past.

Her fingers closed around the strip of black cloth. It was heavier than she expected—dense, soft, padded enough to block out all light. Not some flimsy scrap, but something intentional. Something designed for full compliance.

Her breath hitched.

She looked again at the camera. No movement. No sound. But the red light blinked, steady and watching.

Emily’s hands moved automatically now. She brought the blindfold up, slipped it over her head, and tugged it down over her eyes. The soft interior pressed against her eyelids, sealing out the light completely. Everything vanished—room, desk, camera. Even the echo of the hallway beyond the door. There was only darkness, and the pounding of her pulse.

She stood very still.

Then took two short steps back until the edge of her calves touched the desk behind her.

And she turned—slowly—until she was facing the camera.

Blind.

Exposed.

Waiting.

She didn’t speak.

Didn’t move.

The room was utterly silent, but every nerve in her body screamed with anticipation. The blindfold heightened everything—her sense of space, of air shifting, of the tension in her spine as she stood perfectly straight.

She wasn’t sure how long she stood there. Seconds? A minute?

Then—footsteps. Behind the door.
