Without at thought

You knew you were dead, how could you not be. But something inside you called you to defend her, something made you move and now that something was going to get you killed

...No.

Time began to slow to a crawl

"Not today." A voice echoes in your mind

"Today fortune favors, honor." Proclaimed the voice happily, but as a pressure built up in your head, time began moving again. With a voice filled with sadness, it spoke again, "I hope you are ready for what comes next"

As time slid forward, in your mind you could see black light-devouring chain materialize around Superwoman's arm halting it in her tracks. Her eyes open wide in shock as she feels what you can see hold back her tremendous power. Even Zod, who tried to move back in front of you is surprised, frozen in place with her hand on your shoulder. Kara-El strains against her unseen bonds, sweat beginning to pour out in exertion as she tries to break the bonds you have placed but fails.

Each attempt to move taxes you until the pressure in your head builds to an unbearable level. Zod senses this and quickly flicks her finger against your chin. Normally you'd think that this wouldn't do much but distract you but the vibration shoots up your jaw and shakes your brain, causing you to pass out.

Zod: Superwoman. Please leave this man alone.

Kara-El: He was inconsequential until he stopped me. More importantly, it's you that I'm worried about, what are you up to?

Zod: Nothing, I found someone I liked, so I wanted to come and spend time with him, what's wrong with that

Kara-El: Nothing... But I'm keeping an eye on you and more importantly I want him.

Zod: That I won't allow if he wishes to go with you when he wakes then that is his choice but as it stands now no one will move him, not even me.

Kara-El: Do you really want to fight over this?

Zod: I don't, but it's not a matter of my wanting to fight, it's a matter of wanting to protect him and if you **** it I'll fight till I can't anymore.

Kara-El: Fine... One wrong move, Zod. One and you'll hit lockup faster than you can see.
