As the voice fades away you feel yourself falling, with no sound, no wind passing through your ears just the feeling of plummeting to the ground. Right before the voice faded into the nothingness a gentle laugh was heard, not something cold and callous but the warm laugh of a loving parent who just told you something good was going to happen if you kept you nose clean.
