Description: the owner of this power creates a omnipresent invisible effect that makes everyone unanimously believe that this person is there friend and that their being friendly

Abilities:

-The user must give a reason for the targeted person (or if targeting a group the whole/a person of authority in said group) to believe that there actions ar friendly either verbally or some other means

-As long it can be called friendly and then continue down that established logical path its good (Ex. Groping is just some "friendly" touching so it would reason that any other touching would also be friendly but they would have to "reuse" the effect to get a friendly blowjob as that's not considered just touching)

-This can lead to inadequate use if the user is not careful and specific or just stupid

-will work on people who are not normally friendly but won't change their personality (EX. Joker won't kill you instantly but might treat you like harlequin or a reserved Raven will still be unlikely to speak unprompted but won't murder you over some "friendly" painal)
