Warming up

Claire continued to run as she tightly held her body, her face red from both the cold and embarrassment. That couple just filmed her naked and talking to a snowman like she was a complete lunatic!

"They saw everything!" Claire stammered as she ran, "They recorded everything!"

Claire was soon encountering another problem. It was too cold out and she only had boots, a scarf and a ski cap to her name. Her body was aching from the cold as she ran. At that moment, she decided that she needed a place to warm up first then continue her streak. The question was: How?

Almost as if answering her question, Claire looked up and noticed that one of the houses that was just before the main road into town had a back deck with what appeared to be a hot tub on it... With steam billowing from it.

"Thank you!" Claire exclaimed as she ran towards the yard, thankful that this house lacked a fence as she climbed up the steps. Taking off the boots and scarf, Claire jumped into the tub and slipped into the water, letting out a blissful sigh of relief as she allowed the hot water to envelope her freezing body.

"Oh, this is good..." Claire said as she found a knob and turned the jets on full blast, feeling her body warm up. "This is good."

*SLAM!*

*BEEP! BEEP!*

Claire jolted up in surprise as she looked over to see a couple get out of their car and walk up to a fancily dressed woman in winter gear, the two parties shaking hands...

Next to a sign that Claire had completely missed that read "For Sale".

"This is bad!" Claire yelped as she immediately climbed out of the hot tub, hissing slightly as the cold air came back to her body. "This is very, very bad!"
