Use her free hand to draw her dagger

Christina acted fast, drawing from her years of experience as a warrior. The tight hallway was horrible for a sword but perfect for a dagger. Though she drew it with her off-hand she was able to awkwardly swipe at the rope around her right arm. It took three slices to finally cut through, freeing the woman from her bondage. She tossed the dagger to her right hand as she swiped at one of the goblins at her feet. It cried out in pain as it flew backwards from the blow, landing and not moving. She stabbed another that was crawling up her shoulder and shrugged off its corpse. That was enough for the rest of her tiny assailants to start retreating. They might have had the numbers advantage but goblins were not known for their bravery. It wasn’t about beating all of them, just scaring them.

She looked around the dimly-lit hallway for her sword but after a minute she couldn’t find any trace of it. It looked like those creatures stole it in their retreat, which was pretty in character for the greedy scavengers. Christina gulped nervously as she clutched her dagger, suddenly scared about being so lightly armed. She had already encountered a handful of enemies in this journey and the thought of fighting more without a proper weapon was rather foolish. She leaned up against the wall and started to weigh her options.

If she continues onward she risks **** of capture, as the dagger won’t be much of a defense against most enemies. However, she is in a castle, so there is always a chance that Christina comes across some extra weaponry. She could always retreat, rearm herself back at town and **** the place again. That option had the risk of the castle increasing their defenses while she is gone, or running into a patrol on her way out. She knew that she was not in a great situation but she needed to make a decision, and quickly
