Unhappily

Elm and Zelda had started cleaning out a bathroom, the one for the living room. Elm found it nice to just be able to put his focus on something that wasn't thought-driven. Just swiping back and forth, back and forth. He sighed. He should have known Hinata wasn't going to be like Zelda, complacent already with her situation, but he wanted to believe she would have been. It was just wishful thinking he concluded. Then he saw a foot come across his vision, looking up to see Hinata leaning into the doorframe keeping her eyes away from anybody.

"I think I am ready to hear you out," she said not all too happy. Zelda and Elm exchanged a look and nodded.

Elm figured the best thing to do first to convince her of the situation she was in, was to show her the manga and anime. She practically freaked out as it got to a part that was going through stuff in her head. Then after that Zelda explained a bit better to her the specifics of how everything worked, at least to her knowledge which was better than Elm's. As their brief of everything came to a close Hinata's face became oddly blank. It was like she had become a stone statue that was always sitting in that very spot.

"So, how do you feel," Elm said with genuine concern to Hinata. Her face broke off from indifference into a frown.

"I don't want to be here, I want to be with Naruto," she told them folding in to hug herself. "I want to be back in the hidden leaf. I want to be back in my home. I want to be free." She stopped herself. Her face contorted a bit as she was on the verge of tears and she brought her knees to her face. Elm tried to take a step forward to comfort her maybe, but she scooted to her side, her back facing him. Elm sighed and left her be, leaving to go back to the bathroom. Zelda catching this followed him as well, leaving Hinata alone again in an all too unfamiliar space.

Hinata had known what it was like to feel despair, but this was something else. She had tried to reconcile to herself that this was just some trick of a couple of ninjas or maybe a really good genjustu. That Naruto would come to her rescue and free her from this cruel joke. But this was too good to be fabricated, the stuff they showed her. It was impossible to just make that even with the best reconnaissance, they wouldn't be able to replicate every detail perfectly. Then there was the simple fact of how things looked. Everything was so strange looking to her, it made her feel somehow flat compared to them. How do you fabricate something like that? But then she tried to think about what would Naruto do.

He would probably say something about how he would never stand for this and try to just break out. Probably getting hurt in the process but still trying until it always for some inexplicable reason worked. She smiled at the thought. But if what Zelda had told her was true, she would just be thrown back here again and again. Still, she could try and figure out a way out of here. There had to be some weakness she could exploit, one that even a somewhat decent ninja-like herself could use. She found herself staring at the man who claimed to bring her here in the first place and a thought came to her that made her blush hard. She couldn't do anything of the sort, she was reserving it for Naruto. But this was something she couldn't just wait to be rescued from.

Hinata anxiously resolved herself. This was so against every bone in her body, but she figured this plan may be the only way to get out of here. She just hoped that maybe she got to keep something for when she found a way back to Naruto.
