Ultron

Ultron had been defeated...but he had not been destroyed. Vision might have beaten his body, but Ultron still very much lived. He had survived by stowing away on the Net, masking his presence, staying out of sight. While everyone thought he was gone he watched and waited.

He took note of the new nanotechnology that was being pushed by Stark. He watched the new implications of Vibranium technology as Wakanda started to expand open there borders. All these factors helped give him an idea. Humans had been looking for ways to make technology, easily interactable with inputs from the human mind. So what if he did the reverse?

It had taken some time, but with some subtle work, Ultron had managed to make his new body. Or rather the tool for his new body. It was a essentially a mobile mind control chip by human standards. One could issue inputs or orders mentally and the chip will transfer and enforce them on a human host. In Ultron's case, he could simply use it to hijack a human body.

The question now was....how effective it would be....and who to try it on?
