Willow stared bored as Cordelia prayed. “Ask for some aspirin.”

“Can you please send some…hey,” Cordelia retorted. “This is important.”

“When I told you to pray, I was being sarcastic,” Willow said angrily.

“Quiet,” Cordelia said, concerned. “They could still be out there.”

Willow looked at her watch, it was practically morning, “Sun is coming up. They’ll have to clear out.”

“What if they brought their coffins with them?”

“Vampires don’t…” Willow began, frustrated. “Never mind. We need to get out of here.”

“Do you think they’d forget us?” Cordelia asked, stopping her. “That’s what you’re worried about, right? That Xander forgot you.”

“He would never,” Willow said, but the thought had crossed her mind. “He could be hurt.”

“Hurt? He’s practically glued to Buffy, even though he’s supposed to be with you,” Cordelia said, even in a time of danger her mean streak came through. “I’ll stay here. I know Angel will save me.”

“Angel? Speaking of guys glued to Buffy…”

“Buffy’s nothing,” Cordelia dismissed. “She and Angel are like…work colleagues. He’s going to save me.”

“YES! Only a man can get us that!” Willow yelled at her. “If anyone is going to save us, it’s going to be Buffy. And remember when that vampire grabbed you? Who hit it over the head to get you free? Me! Why do you think you need a man?”

“It was you,” Cordelia said as her eyes widened. “Hey, do you find weapons a turn on?”

“Do I find…” Willow began but was cut off as Cordelia kissed her.

Xander had scoured the school looking for signs of Cordelia and Willow. He was pretty certain that because no bodies had been discovered they had managed to get out of the area. Though he had tried calling both his house and Willow’s from the library phone and there had been no sign of them.

He had followed the path they had last been seen running and had walked past the utility closet without a second thought. He had figured that they would have had to run to the other side of the school to escape. It hadn’t crossed his mind that they would be hiding right in the middle of where the vampires had been congregating the whole night.

He threw open the door on his way back when he heard the moans and was greeted with quite a sight. His girlfriend and Cordelia were pressed together, their breasts exposed, locked in a kiss, while Willow fingered Cordelia beneath her dress. The two girl’s gasped as they looked at him.

“It’s safe to leave,” was all he was able to say.

Cordelia exited quickly while mouthing unintelligible excuses.

Willow approached him, she could see bruises on his face. “Are you okay?”

“Aren’t you the president of the ‘I hate Cordelia club?”

“Um…are you mad?”

He kissed the top of her head, “Of course not. Though Cordelia? Really?”

“I mean, did you see those tits?” Willow said pleasurably as she held up a hand. Two of her fingers were wet. “Want to share with me what she tastes like?”

Side note: Within the episode ending scene of Cordy/Willow still being in the closet is meant to get laughs, but if you actually think about it is really dark. No one knows if Willow and Cordelia are still alive (we see Buffy telling Giles earlier that she saw which way they ran but doesn't know what happened, but is clearly concerned they might be dead). Except at the end everyone clears out and no one is even like 'hey, where are...'
