Tidy Ponytail → Short Lilac Hair

Hm. I didn't really intend to mess with Penny's hair, so I decide to fix that and replace 'Tidy Ponytail' with... 'Short Lilac Hair.' There, that should shake things up while taking us a few steps back to normalcy.

As I execute the change, Penny's dress flutters and shifts a little while her hair darkens back towards its original color. Here eyes also shift back toward violet, interestingly enough, but other than the trim of her dress turning white from gold and a pair of spats or something appearing beneath it, she seems to be essentially the same.

Alright: we're in business again. Next up...
