Three Birds with One Stone

Makoto somehow managed to get out of the situation he caused. He cleaned up Sayaka’s face, and somehow managed to put them back into somewhat believable positions before undoing their triggers.

When he was alone, he decided to see what he unlocked in his handbook, he opened it and made his way to the box he had just completed, sure enough, now it was unlocked, he tapped on it and it read,

“Switcheroo: This can be used twice per day,

Select the pictures of two of the girls below, once done, for one hour, their triggers will be exchanged”

Took a while for Makoto to grasp, but he soon realized that this was interesting and definitely something he should check out later. For now, he decided to check out the second floor of the school cause that’s where he deduced most of the people were.

And when he went there, he discovered he was right, as most of them were apparently either in the swimming pool or in the library. But in the hallway, he saw Hina as well as Sakura (who was always with her at this point).

Makoto went up to them and tried striking up a conversation, “Hi there Hina, not in the pool today?”, he asked, “Oh don’t worry, was in there a moment ago, but decided to take a break, so I’m out here hanging out with Sakura for a while”, she replied with her usual cheery tone.

The three of them talked for a bit longer, till Makoto realized that his time limit was almost about to be up, he needed to unlock something very quickly, but the problem was that Sayaka and Sakura were together right now, it would be hard to isolate them and get their triggers because their triggers were very tricky. Which was when Makoto thought of a very brilliant but a very risky idea, so much so that he was both proud of and scared for himself, since if he pulled this off, he would have way more than he had originally set out for

“Hey Hina, I’ve been feeling a bit lethargic lately, need to stretch out my legs, wanna have a quick race with me?”, Makoto sheepishly asked, and although he expected she was most likely going to say yes to this, he didn’t expect her to get so fired up that he swore he genuinely saw her eyes burning, “Oh Yes Yes Yes!!! I’ve been waiting to spring into action also, Okay Makoto, let’s do it”, Aoi Exclaimed. Sakura stood on the side and smiled, Makoto deduced that it pleased her to see Hina so happy also. “Wanna race from the end of the hall to the stairs?” Makoto asked. “Yeah, sounds like a plan”, Aoi cheered. Little did she know, Makoto’s real plan was about to chime in.

As they made their way to the starting square, Makoto took out his handbook and went to the switcheroo settings. He noticed Sakura following them from behind so he had to be careful. The biggest risk he was about to take was now, as he wasn’t sure if he could “switch” the triggers of someone who hadn’t unlocked their’s yet, and he was about to test it for the first time with something, if failed, would be very hard to explain his way out of. He quickly tapped on Sakura’s and Celeste’s icons, and they both began to glow, and Makoto hoped he achieved the result he wanted.

Makoto and Hina took their poitions, “Hey Sakura, why don’t you count us down?”, Makoto asked politely. Sakura smiled and said, “I’d be happy to”, in a deep voice. Soon she gave the signal and Aoi began running, Makoto, as soon as everyone was distracted, quickly pulled the ace of spades card he had with him, and held it in front of Sakura and soon her eyes were fixed there. Makoto wasn’t sure if it worked or if she was just keenly looking at it, but he had no time to test either. “Sakura life me above your head”, he told as quietly as he could so only Sakura could hear.

Makoto’s luck shined through as Sakura did what he told, Makoto knew that just this wasn’t enough to unlock her trigger as she was currently mindless and the girl had to actually herself see Makoto do the action in order to unlock the trigger in her, but thankfully, the command he gave her wasn’t long and she had already done it, so she should be snapping back to reality soon, and as planned, she immediately came back to her senses, “What happened? Makoto why are y-?” she began saying, but soon got interrupted. “Action Successful! Passive trigger unlocked: A Spy for a spy! Cleanup Time: 10 minutes”

So far, Makoto’s plan was working perfectly as step one had already been done, he even saw Hina stop dead in her tracks due to the Cleanup time. He wiggled his way out of Sakura’s hands which somehow were still lifting him up, he fell with a thud on the floor, “Ow”, Makoto winced but he didn’t have time, he needed to hurry. He took a gamble for step two as he needed to find Toko as fast as possible, luckily, he was right immediately, as he found Toko in a corner of the library. Makoto wasn’t exactly sure why she was there, but he deduced it has some reason to do with Byakuya becoming a primary resident there.

He lifted her, and to Makoto’s luck, she wasn’t heavy and brought her in the hall where the race was taking place, he saw the time remaining, and discovered he still had 7 more minutes of Cleanup, this is exactly what Makoto needed, as he went over his way to Hina and started undressing her, it took a while because Hina’s mindless body wasn’t exactly being cooperative, but soon he managed to do his task, Hina was standing in her underwear, he was a bit tempted to go past that, but time wasn’t on his side. He quickly went to Toko and did the same thing to her, soon he had two women stand mindlessly in the hallway in their underwear.

He looked at his time and saw that he only had two minutes left, so he quickly did what was left to do, he took Hina’s clothes and attempted to put them on Toko. Hina’s clothes were very loose for her but he but he just needed to put it on her in such a way, that her mind interprets her ‘wearing’ the different clothes.

Soon, when he was satisfied with the result (or forced to be satisfied, because the time limit wouldn’t allow him to improvise any further), he stepped back and braced for impact. He stood in front of Toko and as soon as the Timer for Cleanup hit 0, Everyone came back to life.

Luckily for him again, before Hina could realize her condition, Toko saw hers and saw that Makoto was standing in front of her witnessing her. “Whaaaaaaaa-, Wh-Wh-Why, a-a-am I in that b-b-bi….. Action Successful! Passive trigger unlocked: Lost in your eyes! Cleanup Time: 3 minutes”, everyone droned again. With this Makoto breathed a sigh of relief as everything major was done and the final step to his plan had basically worked itself out. He went back to the position that he and Hina had originally started the race from and waited for Cleanup Time by calming himself down and gathering his thoughts.

As soon as Cleanup Time ended, Makoto began running from the starting line, initiating his start to the race. Hina who would’ve beaten him 10 times out of 10 normally, and even more now that she had a headstart, soon saw her own condition and immediately stopped dead in her tracks and freaked out, “Hey, What happened, Where did….? What?”, and while she was stunned Makoto zoomed ahead and reached the stairs winning the race, when Hina saw this, she and the others, for the 3rd time today went into Cleanup Mode, “Action Successful! Active trigger unlocked: Puppet on strings! Cleanup Time: 15 minutes”

Makoto thought he deserved an award for all that, he knew the triggers he unlocked were the rewards, but he was both mentally and physically tired. But at least he had now unlocked the 24 hour limit for all actions for all the girls. “Hah hah, if only the work was over”, he said as he breathed heavily, he knew it wasn’t because as soon as he saw behind him, he saw the mess he created trying to obtain those triggers. With clothes flown everywhere and people in not uh……..normal settings.

“Well, might as well take care of all of this before relaxing and reading all the triggers and new actions”, Makoto sighed as this had now become a common daily occurrence for him.
