The truth revealed

Kim turned around. There, standing in front of her, was her boyfriend. A thousand thoughts ran through her mind.

“What? How? Why?”, she stammered.

“I wanted to surprise you!” Jack replied cheerfully.

“Well, that covers the what,” Amber said sarcastically.

In the meantime, Kim’s other friend, Della had exited the changing room and had walked up to the group.

“Um, hello?” she started, just as shocked as the rest.

Kim continued to stare at Jack with disbelief. “How did you get here?”

“Easy! I used your phone and added my name,” Jack answered.

“There was more to it than just adding your name. There was a ton of information you had to enter too,” Amber said in disbelief.

“Oh, yeah, I was pressed for time. I wanted to get done before Kim saw what I was doing and ruin the surprise, so I just copied info from both you and Della.” Jack said with confidence.

Amber started laughing. “Oh, this is priceless!”

Kim, however had a strange look on her face. “Why? Why would you do this?”

“I thought we would be able to spend time together while your friends were off doing whatever,” Jack said nervously. He couldn’t tell if Kim was mad or not.

“You really shouldn’t have done this,” Della said. “You’ve no idea what you’ve ACTUALLY done!”

“What, all I did was join a cruise with my girlfriend!”

“No, sweet cheeks,” Amber said with a laugh, “you’ve joined a cruise with your girl friends!”

“What are you saying” Jack asked more confused than ever.

It was Kim who answered. “Look around sweetie, and tell me what you see.”

Jack glanced around the room. “I see a bunch of people.”

“Are you really that stupid?” Amber asked. She turned to Kim. “I told you there was something about him. I think he WANTED to be on this cruise, with us!”

“Jack, there are only women in here.” Kim let that sink in for a second before she continued. “The men’s changing rooms are on the other side.”

Jack visibly paled. “What are you not saying?”

“You, my dear girl, have just joined a 30 day cruise as a woman!” Amber stated emphatically.
