The Gerudo had just gotten the first-ever male Gerudo, who was supposed to be their king, according to prophecy, but many Gerudos were too set on the old ways to accept females among their people, so they were protesting about how a man should never lead them. They decided to compromise by transforming Ganon into a woman just like the rest of his kind.
How did everyone reacted to the change?
Both Ganon and the Gerudo accepted the change, accepting her as a queen afterwards
