The Next Raid

A group of prospectors, or wandering raiders--the distinction was often very little in the wasteland--was the bandits' next quarry. It was mostly by happenstance since they were headed back to the NCR (Well Powder Gangers now) Prison since they were loaded down with booty from the previous raid.

There was a small group of 3 men and a woman. The Powder Gangers did not botch the ambush this time. Their scout was able to spot the party early enough for them to stash their gear and take positions to ambush them.

They were going to bushwhack the group, cutting them down with surprise. This would mean an easier fight. But they could try to take prisoners if they jumped them and tried to surprise them.
