The Mighty Endowed!

Doctor Nina Dowed, known as the villainess the Mighty Endowed, growled in her restraints. Calling out, "If I only had the right set of powers!"

She had been given power by a New Gods device, turning her into one. A catgirl with large actually hypnotic breasts. Her weakness was the range of her 'headlights' and the fact she was top heavy without the superstrength to allow her to walk without falling over.

Behind her she heard a voice ask, "You think so?"

She turned her head to see a floating little man, asking, "Who the fuck are you?"

"Just a random fifth dimensional being, floating along till your words made me curious. What would you do with such power? I mean the last time you gained it, you turned into this. Admittedly it was your subconsious desires and your transformation being interrupted... Still, what would you do with the 'right set of powers'?

Nina thought to herself as she decided to be honest, "The usually villain stuff. ****, world domination , indulging my whims. So is that the answer you want?"

He smiled and snap his figures, "Fine. The powers I give you is the Infinite Forces. The Still ****. The Strength ****, which will prevent you from falling over. The Sage ****. The Speed ****, yes the one the Flash has. Now you have it. I'll be watching and seeing what you do with it. How long it takes for you to learn and use your powers."

He faded and Nina being to break out of the restraints, taking a few simple steps... and not ending up face first on the floor.

She smiled as said, "Let's have some fun!"
