The Intros

"King and Contestants, welcome to Elysium Island," Clotho began. "Elysium Island exists outside of the boundaries of the world we are all familiar with. Elysium Island has been created through the combined powers of Lady Khaos, Lady Ananke, and Lord Chronos."

"Now that's enough for the origin of the Island," Lachesis cut in. "What about the purpose? The purpose of Elysium Island is to create the next pantheon. As I'm sure you remember in your old world, every pantheon was messy, with betrayal and bullshit rampant everywhere. In fact, all that bullshit eventually led to the **** of the old world! See, here's the problem. The old pantheons were supposed to be good because they were family. What we didn't see or realize was that even though they were family, they didn't love each other. So the answer for us to choose and curate who the next pantheon would be was very simple. We needed them to love each other!"

"Now, we understand that falling in love with the next King of Olympus isn't guaranteed," Atropos said. "So if you get to the point where you don't have enough love for the King to become an Olympian, we will Demote you to being a minor goddess, for the future of Olympus."

"Alright, that's the basic overview done," Clotho said. "Let's get to the rules. Firstly, there is no harming the King. If you harm the King, you will automatically be demoted. Secondly, there is a curfew. You may not be outside of your own room or the King's room past 9 PM. If you do so, you will get a Punishment Transformation."

"Before Lachesis explains Transformations, I will explain how to win," Atropos said. "To win, you must earn 120 Charis. Charis may be earned through sexual acts with the King, Challenges, or romantic milestones with the King. Once a Contestant has achieved 120 Charis, they will be promoted to being a Queen, and a new Contestant will take their place. Any Transformations they received on their path to monarchy will become part of their Domains as a goddess. At the end of each season, if any Contestant has negative Charis balance, or they lost 25 Charis over the Season, they will be Demoted."

"Alright, with all those crazy stuff out of the way, let's get to the fun stuff," Lachesis said. "Transformations! Transformations typically happen at the beginning of every Season, on the first day, like today! Now, what are Transformations? They can change your mind, body, or your soul, and they're meant to guide you to your domains. Us three Sisters have a vision for you, and we'll guide you through it, after all. To understand a little more, there are four kinds of Transformations. The first is the most common, and it's just called a Transformation, or TF for short. The second is the Promotion Transformation, for when you become a Queen. Depending on your Transformations, you'll receive one more Transformation, which will solidify your body, mind, soul, and your domains. Next is the Punishment Transformation, which will be inflicted when you break rules, or if you lose Games and Challenges. Lastly is the Demotion Transformation, which is almost exactly like a Promotion Transformation, but it solidifies your status as a Minor Goddess."

"Ok, just a few more things," Clotho said. "Firstly, Games and Challenges. Every Season has two Games and 1 Challenge. In Games, Charis will be earned with a 3 Charis difference between places, with the last place losing 12 Charis, and the winner earning 12. Added to that, the Top 3 will earn 300 Drachma. Middle 3 will earn 200 Drachma, and the bottom 3 will earn 100 Drachma. The winner will earn a Transformation, and the last place will incur a Punishment Transformation. In Challenges, the system is a little more dramatic, so to speak. Charis earnings will be at a 5 Charis difference per place, with the last Place losing 20, and the first place earning 20. Bottom 3 will receive a Punishment Transformation, and Top 3 will receive a Transformation."

"Now, Drachma," Lachesis said. "Drachma will change your day to day life. At the Store, you may buy Items and Clothing with Drachma. All items will have a magical aspect to them, and it'll be explained before your purchase. Beyond winning Games, we've also given each of you hidden quests to earn Drachma. Just think about your Quests, and you'll know what it is."

"Before we officially kickstart the Season, there is one last thing you must be aware of," Clotho said. "The schedule. Every Season has 13 days. The first day is when you will receive your Transformations. The next three days you will be given an assigned Date schedule, which will be released after the First Transformations. Day 5 will be a Game, then Days 6-8 will be Dates once more. Day 9 will be the second Game of the Season, and Days 10-12 will once again be Dates. Day 13 will be the Challenge, which will bring the Season to a close. Keep in mind, we have no limits to how many Seasons, however, we need 15 Goddesses side by side with the King at the end of this."

"Why 15?" I asked. "Olympus always had 11."

"And we can agree that Olympus was flawed," Atropos said. "However, the number is to appease the rules of growth. The Titans were 5, and the Olympians were 12. You will be 16."

"Alright, alright, enough seriousness," Lachesis said. "It's time for the Transformation fun!"
