The Grand Entrance

Soon we had dozens of photos of dozens of sets of costumes. Some of your favorites included you dressed as a knight ‘rescuing’ Princess Starfire from the scary mother dragon Aelita, the Jedi Master rescuing two Jedi-turned-**** girls, you as a banker getting ‘robbed’ by a ‘Bonnie and Clyde’ Aelita and Starfire, and you dressed as a Starfleet captain and his ‘bridge bunnies’.

You were enjoying dressing up and posing with your ladies; some of the costumes were giving you some ideas for later and some additional playmates to bring in. Including some out of harem playmates you were being reminded of. You also recall certain holodeck programs that you might have to dig out of storage.

The three of you had even managed to take a picture where Starfire was a Viking plunder and you and Aelita were in a **** sack as her ‘plunder’. Star was absolutely adorable with her little cat ears sticking out from under the horned viking helmet.

You were about to get ready to do a Team Rocket dress up (with Starfire as Meowth) when your brother Gavin happened to pass by. You looked at him while holding up a Team Rocket insignia (for putting on top of clothing) as he completely paused for a moment and then twisted to face you. Gavin had several large drinks in his hands and his Annabeth Chase by his side.

“Dudes! What are ya doin’ here!” Gavin exclaims, startling WB causing him to flash himself with his camera. As the wannabe pimp was complaining about his eyes, you refocus on Gavin.

“Enjoying the photo booth, why?”

“Everyone’s waiting for you at the entrance, you are supposed to do that Grand Entrance thing at weddings,” Gavin said before turning to Annabeth. “They are supposed to do that right?” Annabeth just sighed.

“Yes Gav-Gav, while not required, the Grand Entrance is something traditional at formal weddings.”

“I completely forgot,” Aelita gasped. “We left them waiting. We need to go.” Aelita took off the Team Rocket Cap she had on and lifted her dress as she waddled towards the entrance.

“Thanks Gav,” you say while Starfire waves in thanks. You offer your arm to Aelita, who accepted both your arm and Starfire’s.

“Presenting the brides and groom! Welcome James Gardner, Aelita Schaffer-Gardner, and Koriand’r Gardner!” Your mom, Princess Daisy Sarasa-Gardner, proclaimed as you and your brides passed underneath a balloon and flower arch by the entrance to the applause and cheers of the gathered guests.

Granted not all of the guests were cheering you on, already several of your extended family were wrestling a bunch of gatorclaws from Fallout 4 that came in through one of the water fountains and you were fairly sure you were hearing some WWE style commentary from the dance floor involving an Orc and maybe a Darkness from Konosuba.

You were kindly accepting several congratulations when Starfire nudged your side. “Beloved, sister-wife Aelita and I will be going to perform the freshening up. We will meet at our table?” You frown a little.

“You sure? I could–”

“No need to be so protective, we will just be a few minutes,” Aelita assured you. “The Octoling girls will be around.” Aelita casually pointed out the camouflaged octopus-form and squid-form Octolings and Inklings hanging around all over the place.

“Visit the Pet Pavilion while we are gone, I am sure the sight of the bumgorfs will be truly joyful,” Starfire suggested while glancing in the right direction. You could tell she was contemplating flying over instead of ‘freshening up’. You notice quite a few people heading that way as well though they might also be heading to the east side popup bar in the middle of the east buffet.

“Don’t be too long then, love you both.” You say as you give them each a gentle kiss. They kiss back before they walk away, leaving you to accept the last few congratulations before you head over to the pet pavilion.
