The 7th Hokage Naruto

It was Naruto Uzumaki, the new 7th Hokage. After years of the mask being in storage in the shrine, Naruto decided to move it back to his new place of residence with his family. Considering the jutsu scroll was a precious Uzumaki family heirloom and piece of history, Naruto decided to move it to his new place for safe keeping. He had thanked Sasuke for taking on the burden of its safe keeping and brought back the mask and scroll to his new home.

Once Naruto brought it home, he went straight to the storage room of its house. Sitting in the room was a chest that he had constructed of strong chakra infused wood. Sitting on top of the chest was a special sealing tag of his design. He had done all of this in preparation of today.

Naruto quickly removed the seal tag and opened the wooden chest. No one was currently home but to Naruto, having around the scroll and the Kaguya mask in open was a little unnerving. As he was about to put the scroll and mask in the chest, he looked down and stared down at the items he held. In his left hand was the scroll with the knowledge to create masks, in his right was the mask of the mother of all chakra and the most fearsome opponent he had ever faced. He could've sworn he felt a pulse like sensation come from the Kaguya mask, as he continued to stare at the items. His eyes starting to haze over. To an outside observer it looked like he was standing in trance like state.

Naruto's mind started to wander. His thoughts flooding with the idea of using the mask. He began to think back to when he first created the mask, he had never really tested to see if the transformation even worked. Plus even if it did work, he was the Hokage now, if anyone in the village could control the masks awesome power, it was him. Plus all it would take was a reversal seal tag and he would be back to normal. He would be lying if he wasn't the least bit curious to see what having the body of another person would be like. What could possibly go wrong?

The idea that once would've seemed crazy, seemed now so enticing. In most cases Naruto would've never even thought to try on the mask, but little to his knowledge, the mask had other plans. While not sentient, the masks still held the desire to worn. From the moment Naruto first touched the mask at the shrine, it began its work. It released a minute amount of chakra into Naruto, that was sent directly to his subconscious. Like a subtle genjutsu, it secretly was planting the idea and curiosities of using the mask. To wear it and experience the transformation into another being. After directly holding it for the long, the mask finally sent out a pulse to activation it's subtle suggestion and have Naruto become it's wearer.
