Take him

Catwoman heard the sirens getting louder, indicating the cops are about to enter so she acted quickly. She turned Batman's body around to face him herself and then bends down throwing him on her shoulder, her hand on his butt. After that, she grabbed her stuff from there.

She took a rope launcher gun and aimed it at the glass entrance she came through, launching the rope along with the hook through the opening and making sure it is stuck securely thereby pulling. Just when the cops entered with their guns, she hold on to the gun tightly, pressed a button, and got pulled along with the gun to the ceiling, hoisting Batman's limp body over her shoulder. She prepared for the exit once she reached the roof.

She already escaped before the cops could see her clearly, therefore they weren't sure whether the man he was carrying was indeed Batman or not. Though the cape was giving it away, the sight of someone like Batman being rendered as an object wasn't much believable.

Who would've expected the great detective to fall prey the way he did. No one saw that coming and Batman was knocked ****.

The cops were quick to notice the cowl and the iconic cape. "Nah it can't have been him. Who'd you reckon can take down that son of a bitch?" One of the cops chimed to his co-worker. "Well, I ain't know any burglars that can take him out. Must've been someone else and not Batman.." his partner chimed in response. Perhaps that is how much of an enigma he was, though he was being carried around like a lifeless toy by Catwoman people didn't dare doubt that the Bat had been taken captive.
