Streaking into trouble

Every nerve in his body seemed to be electrified as he streaked through the water park. Everywhere he looked, girls, women, females of every type looking at his little penis flapping around as he ran. He felt a powerful mix of pure joy and humiliation.

John was running so fast that he almost knocked over one of the guards, a somewhat heavy-set woman by the name of Connie. She was notorious for enforcing the rules here to a frankly authoritarian degree. If she had her way, no one would even be able to wear anything more revealing than a one-piece, not even the guys.

Even littering would be an automatic ejection from the park if she had a say in the matter. So to say that she wasn't happy when she got word of a guest running around naked, unashamed and blatantly showing off what he's got, would be a massive understatement.

As he bounced back from the impact of ramming into the soft posterior of this no-nonsense, by the books rent-a-cop, she turned around and came face to face with the streaker that she heard about today.

"There you are you little pervert!" She immediately grabbed a hold of his ear and pulled him to the security office. As John was painfully pulled by his ear like a child who was being punished, he noticed that while she looked very upset, every once and awhile, she looked at his twitching little nub and smirked. She switched back to a stern expression when she caught him looking.

Finally, they made it to the security office where a few other guards were. All of them were female. As soon as Connie entered the room with John, they immediately burst out laughing. "That's the streaker!?", said one of the guards. "Yup. This little pervert was running around with a big smile on his face and a little stiffie. Look he still has it!"

All of the guards (aside from Connie) stared at his twitching nub as it oozed onto the floor and started laughing. "Nasty little boy, it's like he's enjoying this! "Look at him leak!" "Did he not go through puberty?" "Where's your shorts baby dick?" As the other guards berated, insulted and heckled John, Connie, being the professional that she thought she was, tried to bring order back to the room.

"Ok, ladies, as funny as his puny penis is, we still have a job to do. That job of course is to figure out what we should do to punish this exhibitionist. Any of you got any ideas?"
