Xenos Messiah means some one who ends up being the religious leader that leads and heralds the revival of a xeno's species.

Resurrection—in this case, the act is the revival of a species wiped out by humanity. Meaning any species rendered extinct by humanity can be revived through a xeno's Messiah.
