Shift to Delaney

Falls knew who Scarlet would go to. He knew because she was the closest one to Scarlet other than Tiffany, and by this point Scarlet surely thought Tiffany was insane. Falls wasn't surprised then when he discovered that Scarlet had found Delaney when he shifted to her.

Delaney

Delaney sat across the table from Scarlet, fiddling with her coffee handle.

“So why did you want to interview me?” She asked

“I’m a journalist doing a piece on your disappearance, and I have some questions about Damien Falls for you.”

The name instantly struck a chord with Delaney. Memories of the time they’d spent together. The nights she’d spent with him, some of them bent over a couch screaming in pleasure as he emptied out her mind with his dick.

These thoughts. These memories. These desires. They weren’t Delaney. This is what she had gone to therapy for. She remembered her exercises she learned in therapy as she tried to empty out the memories from her head.

“Oh I see… I’m terribly sorry I don’t talk about that incident with anyone. I’d just like to put that behind me. Sorry for wasting your time.”

“Wait,” Scarlet said as she grabbed the woman's arm, stopping her from leaving, “I’m not a journalist.”

This peaked her attention. Delaney sat back down in the booth with her, “What? What are you then?”

Scarlet considered lying, but at this point she didn’t have very many options.

“I work as a guard at the prison that holds Damien. I talk to him on a daily basis, and I’m worried that he’s doing something to me, and I’m terrified. I don’t know what to do.”

Why does she have to say his name like that? Delaney wondered to herself Why does she have to say it so sexy. Damien. Damien. Maybe that's how his name has always been? It had been a name she had screamed some nights, and every time she repeated it to herself, she remembered how she screamed it a hundred different ways.

She decided to hear Scarlet out first, “So what is it that you want from me?”

“I… I don’t know… I’m having these moments with him… when we’re alone… I have these moments where I look into his eyes and I feel like he’s… doing something to me…”

Another flash of irresistible images passed through her head. Most of them were of sex with him, but the ones that got her the most were when he’d stare her in the eyes while he touched her. How he’d finger her while she would be stuck staring into his eyes. She’d be stuck in that comfortable warm headspace that drove her crazy. She was unwinding, and she could feel the memories bringing back all the desires that were left with them. She needed to leave now before this woman drove her back to the person she was before.

“I really have tried my best to forget Damien, and I feel like this conversation isn’t helping me,” Delaney said, standing up in the seat to leave.

“Just wait, wait…”

She paused in her tracks. She couldn’t just leave someone to the same fate she had fallen to.

“He told me something yesterday. He told me that it wasn’t normal that it was happening to me. He said that usually it would only happen to people who want it. Is that true? Did you actually genuinely want what he did to you?”

Delany stood up and stared Scarlet in the eyes, considering what to say to her. If Scarlet only could see what she has seen. If she could know what she knew, things would be different. If she could telepathically communicate every imaginable thing she wanted to say about Damien, maybe Scarlet could understand why she struggled with the question so hard then. She realized the situation she was in. Her answer could change the rest of her life, and could change the life of the woman that sat before her. A moral dilemma raged through her mind as she weighed her options. What she would’ve given at this moment to not have to make this decision of what to say. What she would’ve given to not be in control. She thought carefully back over the question. ‘Did you want what he did to you?’ That was the question. She didn’t ask ‘Do you regret it?’ She didn’t ask ‘What should I do?’ She asked ‘Did you want what he did to you?’ That was the question she chose. There was only one answer to this question. There was only one truth. So she said it.

“Yes. I wanted it.”

She then turned around and left the store.

Scarlet

Scarlet pondered the answer she got from the woman at the coffee shop while she laid in bed. She thought about the clearly conflicted look on her face and considered what it meant. She then imagined what it would be like to be in her position. If that was her truth. How would she feel about admitting that she wanted to be turned into a submissive servant to Falls. Probably extremely embarrassed. The therapy that that woman had been through had probably been to deal with that trauma, and Scarlet had just **** her to relive that Trauma by confronting her with that question. She felt quite awful for that, and she decided she wouldn’t do what she did with any of the other women Falls had effected.

However, part of her was surprised. She didn’t expect Falls to be telling her the truth. In her mind, she had made a deal with the devil. She expected him to lie to some degree. At least she finally felt comforted, learning that she didn’t really have anything to worry about. The women under his control were only there because they wanted to be. Since she hadn’t wanted to be under his control, she’d be fine.

Maybe I should trust him She thought to herself. Then she thought back to what he had said in his cell 'I will know if you lie to me' he said. Was that true? She wasn't looking to test that.

But she realized that she didn't need to worry. She had worried so much recently, but now she didn't need to do that. She wouldn't become a **** to Falls. She wouldn't fall under any spell he casted on her, that wasn't how it worked. She was safe.
