She's confused, but willing to listen

"I mean... I just... you're wearing... why?" Was all Marinette could sputter out in a way she hoped Kagami would understand. Of all the things she had seen since she became Ladybug, the idea of Kagami dressed like a giant baby was one of the most surprising things she had ever seen. She took a minute to compose herself. “Do you need to wear them? Or is it something your mother makes you do?” She asked.

"Yes and no to both." Kagami answered, triggering a look of confusion on Marinette's part. “A few years ago, I started wetting the bed, mostly due to the stress I was under at the time from my various responsibilities. My mother naturally insisted I wear... protection at night.” She started explaining, the last part she blushed a little at. "At first, I thought this whole situation was humiliating, but after a few nights, I started to warm up to wearing these." Kagami pointed to her diaper briefly. "I found the feeling of waking up in a wet diaper to be much more pleasant than waking up to damp sheets."

Marinette listened, still a little confused, but intrigued by Kagami's story.

"After a few months, I started to find excuses to get into my nighttime diapers early, since I found them to be very comfortable. For a while, I thought I was the only one to take interest in something as infantile as these, but after some research on the internet, I learned that there is an entire community of people who enjoy wearing diapers and other activities associated with infants." Kagami took a deep breath to prepare herself for her next question. "A common activity done in this community is having people care for them while partaking in infantile activities. What I am trying to say is--"

"Kagami, are you asking me to babysit you?" Marinette asked in disbelief, causing Kagami to blush and nod shyly.

This was naturally a lot for Marinette to take in. She had babysat her fair share of kids, but a situation like Kagami was obviously uncharted territory. Marinette knew Kagami didn't have a lot of friends, and the idea of her trusting her with this information really said a lot about how close of a friend she viewed Marinette.

"I guess... I guess I'll accept. Anything for Baby Gami!" Marinette replied, having quickly come up with a nickname for Kagami in her current attire.

"R-Really? Thank you, Marinette!" Kagami couldn't believe Marinette actually said yes, and even started bouncing in place due to how excited she was. "What can we do first?" She asked eagerly.

Marinette thought of what they could do to start this little playdate...
