Semblance Booster (Hypnosis)

Inside she sees a silver necklace with a large green gem.

"Jewelry? It's a nice emerald but... no a dust crystal." She examines the crystal, upon closer inspection it's not a normal one as there are small gold flecks in it. She picks up the document included. It's an extremely rare dust crystal that boosts the aura and semblance of the wearer.

"Oh this was worth it after all." She puts it on and looks in the mirror. "Not a bad design either. Looks like regular jewelry, no one will even suspect it."

As she wears it she does feel it affecting her aura. And she doesn't need to wait long for someone to test it on as Mercury enters the room with a frustrated look on his face.

Emerald grins "Date didn't go well? I told you not to be yourself or did she find out you lost your dick too." She teases him.

Mercury "For the last time, I didn't lose it. And like you're one to talk. Your big heist was just cheap jewelry." He retorts.

She is about to tell him what it actually is but gets a better idea. She concentrates on him as she uses her semblance. He sees the skin on his hands begin to melt off revealing a metal skeleton beneath. Looking down he sees his clothes fall off and sees his prosthetic legs grew to encompass everything below the neck. But Mercury is used to Emerald's tricks and the horrifying visions don't faze him.

Mercury "Seriously Em? This is getting boring, you'll have to try harder than that."

Emerald gets frustrated and wishes he'd shut up and stop annoying her. Unknown to Emerald the hallucinations get worse for him as everything around him turns to swirling lights and strange color patterns as he hears Emerald's voice speak to him in a soothing but commanding tone. 'Be quiet and leave me alone' he hears over and over. Emerald sees the vacant look in his eyes as he is caught in the trance. She waves her hand in front of his eyes and snaps her fingers but he doesn't react. She knows she is still using her semblance on him as she realizes what happened.

Emerald "No way. Mercury, tell me your most embarrassing secret." In Mercury's head he hears Emeralds voice tell him the order.

Mercury "I have a sock puppet of Cinder I use to jack off." he walks to his bed and reaches under his mattress before he pulls it out. It is indeed a sock with a red dress, black string hair and yellow button eyes but it's also covered in dried jizz stains.

Emerald bursts out laughing hearing that. Thankfully part of the semblance upgrade also means she needs less concentration to keep it active.

"Oh Cinder would turn you to ash if she sees that."

Emerald realizes she can make him do whatever she wants now, or find someone else to use it on.
