Report The Evidence To GCPD

Bullock drove his 2026 Ford Thunderbird down too the local GCPD precinct, he pulled up out the front of the precinct.

Bullock walked into Captain Essens office, he laid out the ecidence on her desk along with the CCTV footage.

Essen, a woman whose patience has been worn thin by years of working for GCPD. Essen surveyed the findings with a sigh. "Bullock we need more concrete evidence, this is thin findings. We need something that pinpoints Joker there, a confirmed witness a contact anything, not just grainy cctv footage." She said running a already tousled hair.

Bullocks Jaw tightened he knew Essen was right, the situation at the docks gave him a direction but not the proof Bullock needed.

Essen then said "Go back out there Bullock and find me something that connects Joker too Moscow, dig deeper, talk too other people. Just find me something that doesn't leave me second guessing."

Bullock nodded, the urgency too find more made Bullock think, he thought of various places where Joker would go, who he would see. Then a location pops in Bullocks mind a light bulb moment, Bullock rushed back too his Ford Thunderbird and drove too the Laughing Heyna.
