Wherever the big names show up, Red Cross does too. She’s appeared at attacks by the Joker and the Penguin. She ignores the police, the villains, and any vigilantes that might be around. She provides first aid to bystanders and casualties as well as trying to get civilians away from the action. No leads on her identity, but she’s not hurting anyone, so she’s not a high priority. Average height, athletic build. Wears a white bulletproof vest with a red cross painted on. This hides her physique and makes her harder to identify. Her helmet hides her face and hair completely. It’s a white motorcycle helmet. She’s a possible ally, but needs to ID’d and vetted.
