Reallocation

One common strategy with minions (whether conscious or not) is to start woth a large number of weak minions, hold one back, and - once the mainbody of minions is down - pull back the power from the horde and dump it all into the one held back, effectively promoting the minion. It generally requires that the minion master be right there, but it nearly doubles the minion master's effective power.
